Shoreham Beach Boogie Party Night - Saturday 2nd June 2012

What a night!

It rained, and rained and rained - and the power was off for an hour! And then the power came back on and we partied - in spite of the weather!

The music was fabulous, the people were fabulous and the Hog Roast was mouthwatering. "Great food and plenty of it", "fabulous music", "the vegetarian food was really nice, thank you", "Thankyou for all your hard work,we had a fab night ,was great to meet you all" and one young lady said "I want my wedding to be just like this!".

Note to vegetarians - we've left the recipe page on this site as we were asked how the dishes were made.

Apology - we'd like to say sorry to the people who arrived early - we were in the middle of a power outage as something tripped while we were setting up the venue! We have no idea what caused the problem but we had to call someone out to fix it! This took well over an hour and, because we had limited time to set up after an earlier event, caused a late start to the event and the serving of the food - and then the rain meant we had to bring the BBQ and Hog inside too! We got there in the end - phew!
